Reviews

Since your customers can post reviews of your products, it is best to moderate the reviews. By that we mean check them for offensive content. The reviews can be sorted by Date or by how many times Read or by the Rating of the product.

There are 6 columns on this page for each review:

Product - The name of product for which there is a review in your database.

Author - The author of the review. One must be a registered customer and logged in to post a review.

Read - How many times the review has been read by your customers.

Rating - The number of stars (1 to 5) given to the product by your customer.

Date Added - the date that the review was added to your database.

Action - One can edit a review or delete the review.

To edit a review, just click on the edit button of the review you wish to edit. In this screen, you can modify the contents of the review and the rating. Click on the preview button if you wish to continue with any changes.

On the Preview page, you have three options: back, which will allow you to continue editing the review, update which will update the database with the edited changes, and cancel which takes you back to the main Reviews page.
