The main page of the administration section of your online store displays the latest data entries in your database.

New Customers - This is a list of the 10 most recent customers that have created an account with your online store. The date next to the name is the date that the account was created. This list is also a list of links that take you to the customers page showing you all of the customers that have the same name as the name of the customer you just clicked on.

New Products - This is a list of links of the last 5 products that you entered into your catalog. Clicking on anyone of these links will show you a preview of the product. This preview is how the product looks like in your catalog.

Last Orders - This is a list of links of the last 10 invoices that have been created by your online store. The amount and date of the invoice are listed as well. Clicking on anyone of these links will take you directly to the invoice itself.

New Reviews - This is a list of links of the last 5 reviews that were entered by your online customers. Clicking on anyone of these will take you to the preview of the review itself.

There is also a facility to save to a file your product data. This file is in a comma delimited format for the purpose of importing it into a spreadsheet application. This could help you keep track of what products you have in your catalog. It contains all product data except the product description. To generate and save the file, click on the "Create" button. A dialog will appear asking you where to save the file on your hard disk. There is also the option to have the hosting server compress the file before saving it. This would be useful if you have a large catalog and a utility to decompress zip files.
